Every suite alarm panel can monitor the front door, windows, and a motion sensor. The keypads can be set up in a master/slave configuration to allow remote arm/disarm stations. The system can also be used for emergency or medical situations. The Condoplex suite alarm system is managed and monitored by the building’s on-site security guard, so the response for alarms is immediate. Residents can also have the guard arm and disarm their system – a great feature for those days when you forget to arm your system. The system keeps an audit trail of all system alarms and events.

In addition to being managed by the building’s on-site security guard, the current system has the ability to be monitored by our central station.

There are two types of suite alarm systems: basic alarm monitoring and the new voice alarm system which gives users the ability to speak to security and for security to announce to an intruder that security is on the way.
