The SP2660 is a state of the art suite panel capable of providing just about any service imaginable in a multi-residential environment. The 4 line by 20 character LCD provides instruction, eases user interaction and permits intelligible messages to be displayed. An excellent assortment of one-touch keys offers ease of use. Audio quality is exceptional and additional speakers may be added to the unit for operation as multi-zone building wide paging system. It’s versatile design permits the SP2660 to be at home in both the retrofit and new construction environment as the panel can comfortably mount and cover 2,3, 4 and 5 gang back boxes. This alleviates the need for custom mounting rings, plaster/drywall rework thus offering tremendous installation savings.

Web Portal:
Residents may purchase optional services to arm/disarm, view activity, enter/remove user codes and receive email notifications.

Privacy Mode:
Permits the Resident to deny access into their suite from the elevator.

Party Mode:
Allows visitors to enter “en mass” into the suite without requiring the resident or guard to grant individual access.

Check-in:
Will signal a resident/patient to check-in within a given time period. If the resident does not “check-in” an alarm will sound at the guard station or remote monitoring centre.

Suite Occupancy:
Provides an automated method of check-in by determining if there is motion within the suite over a duration of time. If no movement is detected an alarm will sound at the guard station or remote monitoring centre*

Remote Rf Functionality
With the optional Rf receiver installed you may arm/disarm your suite, summon emergency assistance with two-way audio and… will monitor Water/NG leaks and control automated valves.*

Environmental Security
Heat and Humidity sensors may be Monitored with alarm set points (requires optional external receiver).
