Plex AI is Condoplex’s next generation of building intelligence, designed to monitor connected security cameras, access-control systems and sensors around the clock, helping building teams identify suspicious activity, support crime prevention and respond to emergencies.

By connecting what cameras see with what access systems report, Plex AI is designed to flag potential unauthorized entry, tailgating, doors held open and activity in restricted areas. It brings relevant events together so security and concierge teams can investigate and intervene before situations escalate.

During an emergency, Plex AI is intended to alert designated personnel, present relevant camera views and support approved response procedures. Connected screens and the digital avatar can provide instructions and connect occupants with human assistance, while supported access-control actions remain subject to authorized rules and building safety requirements.

Running on a dedicated server inside the building, Plex AI combines local processing, hardware-rooted security and integration with existing Condoplex systems. Its wider vision includes identifying energy waste and improving everyday building operations.
