Suite Security Panel
The SP 2300 is a state of the art suite panel capable of providing a multitude of security, convenience and environmental features. Based on a hinged door design, the keypad may be covered after use, while the LCD screen will still provide alarm status or display messages from security. Based on the Condoplex “green” technology employed in our other products, this panel will consume 1/4 watt power even with the LCD screen on.
The 2 line by 16 character LCD provides easy user interaction by displaying clear instructions and permits text messages to be displayed. Dedicated keys for Programming, Arming, Bypass and Emergency are included to provide ease for the resident.
Unlike many panels on the market, we offer dedicated programming and navigation buttons for the resident to make changes at their keypad. We also have a sophisticated menuing structure built into the product that turns setup into an exercise of point and click.
A unique feature of this panel is its ability to be configured from a webpage. This covers basic setup, feature selection, volume control and entry of User codes. A must have feature for onboarding new residents! Finally, its RF features allow for the cost-effective installation of Water sensors or shut-off valves as well as many other security devices.

Programmable:
Advanced network programmability protects your investment as new features may be added over the internet at any time.
Web Portal:
Residents may purchase optional services to arm/disarm, view activity, enter/remove user codes and receive email / SMS notifications.
Suite Messaging:
Send a high priority emergency notification to all suites, example: “Power Down in building” or to a group of suites on the 12th floor “Water Test Today“ or send a personalized message, “There is a parcel for you at the Security Desk.”
Party Mode:
Allows visitors to enter “en mass” into the suite without requiring the resident or guard to grant individual access. Privacy Mode: Permits the Resident to deny access into their suite from the elevator.
Check-in:
Will signal for a resident/patient to check-in within a given time period. If the resident does not “check-in” an alarm will sound at the guard station.
Suite Occupancy:
Provides an automated method of check-in by determining if there is motion within the suite over a duration of time. If no movement is detected an alarm will sound at the guard station.
Remote Rf Functionality:
With the optional Rf Receiver installed residents may arm/disarm their suite, summon emergency assistance and monitor water sensors with automated valve control.
