DRC-6 Access Control System
Emergency assistance & access control pendant
The Condoplex transmitter/receiver system offers emergency assistance and access control for residents in one convenient keychain pendant. A learning method lets a transmitter be received by its intended suite without triggering a neighbouring suite's alarm.
The pendant controls access to the garage, elevators and doors, while a press of the button summons help, identifying the user and location. The system can automatically open an audio channel on the nearest panic station for two-way voice, activate local sirens and strobes, and notify remote monitoring stations.
The DRC receiver can also receive information from environmental sensors for temperature, humidity, water and natural gas detection, interfacing with automated shutoff valves to eliminate flooding in common areas and suites.

FAQs
Frequently asked questions
What happens if the server or network goes down?
Each controller stores its field-device data in internal memory and continues to operate standalone, recording all network operations and making decisions until the connection is re-established.
Can one system control doors, elevators and parking gates?
Yes. The CPLX-CVP6 platform integrates access control, suite security, voice communications, panic alarm, elevator control, CCTV control and medic alert on a single database.
