A security system is not finished the day it is switched on.
The buildings that stay ahead are the ones whose system keeps improving, stays protected, and has someone to call when it matters. These are the services that make that happen.
01VoIP Calling — Two-Way Audio and Video
See who is at your door. From anywhere in the world.
The old way was a telephone line and a phone call. A voice said they had a delivery, and you decided whether to believe them. That was the whole experience.
VoIP replaces that entirely. Residents see and speak to their visitor in full two-way audio and video — on the new generation smart suite panel, or on the mobile app wherever they happen to be. Travelling, at work, overseas: the door still works, and you can still let someone in.
The mobile app also puts the suite panel itself in your pocket. Arm it, disarm it, check it and control it from anywhere, not just from the wall beside your front door.
And when you miss a call, the system captures an image of whoever was standing there. A missed call is no longer a mystery — it is a picture, waiting for you.
Protect the capital investment, not just the equipment.
A security system is one of the larger purchases a building makes, and it is expected to last. Extended warranty coverage of up to five years protects that investment against surprise obsolescence and unbudgeted emergency replacement — so the board knows what it owns and what it will cost to keep.
Everything that keeps the platform healthy after handover sits in one agreement — so there is always someone to call, and nothing quietly going out of date. Four things are included:
Cloud backup
Configuration, site data and audit logs are backed up automatically to Canadian servers. If hardware fails, the building does not lose its history — the access records, the incident trail and the system setup are all recoverable.
Cybersecurity
Your security platform sits on the building’s network and holds resident data. Ongoing cybersecurity maintenance keeps it patched and protected rather than quietly ageing into a vulnerability — guarding both the building’s security and your residents’ personal information.
Dynamic software updates
Continuous delivery — the same approach modern software companies use — applied to building security. New capability arrives as software, with as many as 20 updates delivered in a year and new features added continuously. When a competitor’s system ages out it needs new hardware; when yours does, it gets an update.
Technical support
Factory technical support included, so your team calls when they need to and gets an answer. Without an agreement, support is still available — but it is charged every time you call, which is exactly the wrong thing to be weighing up at an awkward moment.
