10″ touchscreen VoIP entry and intercom panel for multi-residential properties and office towers
The Condoplex ELP 910VTo is a VoIP entry and intercom panel for multi-residential properties and office towers. Its 10″ gesture-controlled touchscreen gives any lobby a modern look and feel, and slide shows, themes, live news and weather add to the visitor experience. “Hot” buttons can be programmed to connect directly to building services.
The ELP 910VTo provides lobby door and elevator floor restriction. A built-in speaker, microphone and camera allow two-way audio and video calls to a smartphone or guard station. Operating as an intercom station, it can hold up to 8 buttons to reach building staff.

How it works
Built for busy lobbies and multi-building sites
Multi-building support
On a site with several buildings, calls can be routed to a particular building. A three-building site can use an intercom with one button per building, and if a guard doesn’t answer within 20 seconds the call is broadcast to the other guards so visitors aren’t held up.
Audit log
Every visitor event is logged, whether the panel is used as an entry phone or an intercom. Guards answer through one communications interface, calls are queued so none are missed, and a missed call can be returned with one click.
SIP-VoIP to outside lines
VoIP services are fully integrated, giving free caller ID and 8 to 20 simultaneous voice channels. That means no busy signals and lower monthly line charges.
Smartphone apps
iPhone and Android apps add video verification and direct communication with building staff. Residents first see a still image of the visitor, then choose to accept or reject the call.
Web-based software
No client software is needed on a PC. Directory changes can be made on-site over the LAN or remotely over the internet, and cloud services provide automated backups and health monitoring.
Concierge software
A concierge software package is included for communications and configuration at the front desk.

FAQs
Frequently asked questions
Can residents answer the door from their cell phones?
Yes. iPhone and Android apps let residents see and speak with visitors. When a visitor calls, the resident first receives a still image of the visitor and can accept or reject the call.
Can one panel serve more than one building on a site?
Yes. Calls can be routed to particular buildings — for example, a three-building site can use an intercom with one button per building. If a guard doesn’t answer within 20 seconds, the call is broadcast to the other guards.
How is the ELP 910VTo powered and connected?
It runs on 12 VDC or Power over Ethernet (13 W) and connects over 100/1000 Mb Ethernet.
Can it be installed outdoors?
Yes. The panel is rated IP65 for indoor and outdoor applications, with recessed, surface-mount and surface-mount-with-hood back boxes available.
Do we need to install software on a PC?
No. The ELP 910VTo is web based. Directory changes can be made on-site over the LAN or remotely over the internet, and cloud services provide automated backups and health monitoring.
