Visit Condoplex at The Buildings Show 2026 in Toronto

Condoplex will be exhibiting at The Buildings Show from December 2 to 4, 2026, at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre in downtown Toronto. Our booth number will be confirmed closer to the show, and we will update this post as soon as it is assigned.

The Buildings Show is part of Canadian Real Estate & Construction Week and is one of the largest events in North America for the people who design, build, renovate and manage buildings. The organizers expect more than 18,000 attendees and 700 exhibitors across two expo halls, with a full conference program on housing, sustainability, workforce and technology.

See a Live Demo of Plex AI

We will be demonstrating Plex AI, new software from Condoplex that is coming soon. Plex AI puts an approachable digital avatar on the building’s entry screen. Visitors and residents ask a question and get a clear next step, such as building information, directions or a connection to the right resident, concierge or property manager, with a person always within reach.

At our booth the Condoplex team will run live demonstrations of the Plex AI avatar on a Condoplex 1040-series entry screen. Come by, ask it a question and talk to us about where it could fit in your building or your next project. If you would like to book time for a demo, register your interest and tick “I’d like to see a live demo at The Buildings Show”.

Who We Want to Meet

Everyone is welcome at the Condoplex booth. We would especially like to talk with:

• Developers and builders specifying building security and communication systems for new condominium, rental and mixed-use projects.
• Architects, engineers and consultants who design building systems or advise owners on them.
• Property managers and building owners looking after one building or a whole portfolio, who want fewer systems, fewer logins and fewer service calls.
• Condo boards and homeowners associations planning an upgrade or replacing a system that is reaching the end of its life.
• Contractors, dealers and installers who want to learn about becoming a certified Condoplex dealer.

Why Stop by Our Booth

Most buildings run their entry phones, access control, suite alarms and intercoms as separate systems from separate vendors. Each one has its own records, its own software and its own service call. Condoplex was founded in 1987 to change that. Our systems share one platform and one database, so resident records, credentials and event history live in one place and are managed from one screen.

At the booth you can:

• See a live demo of Plex AI, our new virtual concierge software, coming soon.
• See the products up close, including our telephone entry phones, access control, In-Suite Alarm, SMART Door Locks, and water detection and auto shut-off.
• Walk through Property Connect Plus, the latest version of the Condoplex management platform, and see how staff add users, issue and revoke credentials, release doors and elevators, and review event history from the same screen.
• Talk through your project. Whether it is new construction, a phased replacement or an upgrade to an existing building, bring your drawings and your questions.
• Say hello to the people who design and build Condoplex systems.

Can’t Make It to Toronto?

Condoplex systems are designed, manufactured and maintained in Canada and are sold, installed and serviced by certified Condoplex dealers across the United States and Canada. If you are planning an upgrade or a new project and won’t be at the show, a certified dealer can walk you through the options for your building. Request a dealer quote and we will connect you with the certified dealer serving your region.

We hope to see you at The Buildings Show.
