Does every screen need its own AI server?
The proposed architecture connects compatible screens to a building-level platform. The final server, network and screen requirements depend on the site, workloads and number of simultaneous interactions.
Can it work with equipment from other manufacturers?
Wider manufacturer compatibility is part of the Plex AI roadmap. Initial development starts with Condoplex. Supported products, interfaces, licences and functions must be confirmed for each project; universal compatibility is not being claimed.
How does Plex AI support building teams?
Plex AI is intended to assist with supported information and workflows while keeping human assistance available. Staffing, security and emergency procedures remain decisions for the building’s responsible operators.
